- Information for Vendors
-
- Dear Shareware Vendor:
-
- This file contains our distribution policy and

-
- ---------------------------------------------------------
- Distribution policy.
- ---------------------------------------------------------
-
- SoftWR/Erwin Werkman has a simple distribution policy:
- You have permission to distribute our shareware in its
- original form as long as you:
-
- * Identify it as shareware (with an appropriate
- definition);
-
- * leave all intellectual property (copyright) notices in
- place;
-
- ..and as long as we do not request that you stop.
-
- That's it.
-
- You may archive our programs, unarchive them,
- include/exclude optional files (like this one), include
- them with other programs on the same diskette, and do
- essentially anything you want as long as you follow these
- simple rules. We want the widest possible distribution,
- and don't want to stand in your way so long as you are
- honest with our mutual customer.
-
- The basic MusicBox shareware package consists of the
- following files:
- * install.exe
- * musicbox.arj
- * read.me!
-
- These files are the only files you HAVE to include in
- your distribution package to make MusicBox work properly.
-
- If you are going to distribute MusicBox and would like to
- receive future updates of MusicBox, please send us a
- letter stating your intentions and any advertising
- material (brochures, catalogs etc.) which mentions
- MusicBox or in which you are going to mention MusicBox.
-
- International:
- If you are a publisher interested in translating and
- supporting MusicBox, please contact us to discuss an
- exclusive agreement for your language and country. If you
- are interested in providing registration and support
- services outside The Netherlands we are interested in
- working with you.

- (long)
- MusicBox is a professional database system for managing
- your audio collection. It can be used by beginning and
- experienced users, due to its user friendly, Microsoft
- Windows like user interface. MusicBox can store an almost
- unlimited number of titles, labels and track, which are
- all easily accessible thanks to MusicBox's extensive
- search capabilities.
-
- Some of MusicBox's features:
- * You can mark each label that is in your possession.
- This gives you a good overview of the labels you own
- and makes it possible to catalogue even titles that you
- do not own (but would like to own!). This is an
- important feature for serious collectors.
- * You can search on title, group/artist, category, year,
- reference number, general comments, recording staff,
- recording comments, label and track title.
- * You can search in two ways: Quick or Scan, each with
- different capabilities.
- * You can view entries in order of title, group/artist,
- category, year or reference number.
- * Of each title you can enter the tracks. Of each track
- you can enter the length, side and comments. It is also
- possible to insert lines with extra information between
- the tracks.
- * Of each title you can enter recording information, like
- location, date and recording staff.
- * Ten different reports
- * Extensive context-sensitive help system.
- * Support for over 50 printers
- * Reports can be sent to a printer, your screen or to a
